Our Signature Prenatal Course
Supporting you to birth your baby with confidence
Breathe! is built around our philosophy that if you trust your body and know your options you can own your birth experience. Our aim is to empower you to have the best birth experience for you and for your baby
Each session of our prenatal course pivots around the concept of working with your body, not against it —understanding physiology, trusting your instincts, and making informed choices with confidence
5 sessions, 16 hours….

Session 1
This session sets the scene for you to ask questions and to encourage you to approach pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period with confidence and clarity.
Our course is rooted in evidence/research. What is the research? Where do we find it? How can it inform our decision making? What does the Belgian birth culture look like? How do you navigate the system to have the best birth experience for you and your baby?
We focus on empowerment, informed consent, and agency, ensuring that you feel well informed and in control of your choices.
We explore what it means to work with your body, to navigate the Belgian maternity system, and create a birth experience that’s right for you.
